The Marketing Projects service is for clients who have a very specific brief.
Depending upon the objectives and size of the project, we can operate in a freelance or consultative capacity, bringing in a network of specialist partners where necessary.
Bristol, UK based, we work both in-person or virtually dependent on where your organisation is located.
Each project has unique needs, but as a guide, we can help with the following:
- Destination or place marketing strategy for towns, cities or regions.
- General marketing strategy – to give your business a clear direction for the next few years.
- Marketing campaign planning and delivery support for events, launches or themed initiatives.
- New brand development and rollout.
- Communications review and recommendations.
- Social media platform review and recommendations.
- Content planning.
- Social media management and content creation particularly LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
- Website project management.
- Event management – marketing launches, show attendance.
- PR & Influencer marketing.
- Podcast creation and management.
We collaborate with a network of highly skilled specialists including travel, regional and specialist PR, international/domestic travel trade marketing, web development, SEO, Paid Social, PPC, and graphic design.
Price dependant on the scale, duration and complexity of each project.
“Kelly came to Bristol Zoological Society when we were closing Bristol Zoo Gardens. The ask was to help drive footfall, celebrate the Clifton site, and start to transition visitors over to Bristol Zoo Project (then Wild Place Project).
Kelly came into a stretched team dealing with a complex and sensitive transformation, and had a huge impact from day one. She comfortably took hold of the Society’s marketing, established planning processes, KPIs, measurements, a creative approach, and put in place the steps needed to deliver ‘Big Summer Send Off’, the celebration of Bristol Zoo Gardens. She partnered with the team and helped them to deliver some of their best work.
In that final summer we not only hit our footfall target, but we did it in a positive engaging way that allowed visitors to remember the best of Bristol Zoo Gardens, while looking to what the future of zoos can be. A large part of our success at this time was thanks to Kelly.”
